Great place to take your significant other for a date night. No need to get all dressed up as casual dress is very appropriate. We had a reservation for 6:30 on Saturday night, but didn't need one as only 60% of the tables had patrons. At our table we were immediately greeted by our very attentive waitress, April. She helped explain the menu and options that were to be had, and took our drink order, and was off line a flash.
Then came the bread in a lunch box everyone talks about. It was still warm so the butter melted within seconds. I had to stop myself after two huge rolls so as not to spoil my dinner. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and opted for a side of sliced dill zucchini. The wife had the filet and loaded baked potato. These both come with soup. W had the potato soup. She had the tomato soup. The potato soup was kind of meh, but the tomato was off the hook. It was kind of like a chili cause it was loaded with so much flavor and had a great texture.
We had salads too which were not too large, nor small.
The ribeye was cooked medium rare to perfection. It had a seared crust on the outside which kept all the juiciness in the steak. There was a bit of fat on it, but that is common with ribeyes. The filet also had a nice sear and was grilled to a pink medium. Both steaks couldn't have been any better.
Then came the question if we wanted dessert or not. We only thought they had cobbler cause that's what was on the menu, but April wowed us with the dessert tray. There was a lot to choose from, but we were too full from dinner to partake. Maybe next time.
Overall: very well done Spudder. We shall return. -

A hidden gem for sure! Been there since the 1976 and the food is amazing! The stuffed mushrooms are cheesy and creamy! The KC steak was wood fired and served perfectly cooked! I had asparagus with my meal and they grilled it too!
I am on the KETO diet and the waitress even remembered to leave the croutons off my salad without me even asking just because I mentioned it!! So impressed!
Can't wait to visit Tulsa again and make this a regular stop! -

Good, old fashioned steak house. The food and service are excellent. We enjoyed our dinner in these seemingly familiar surroundings.
The steaks are excellent and are displayed in a cooler near the grille. All the sides and the salad were well prepared and served. -

An unassuming building on the outside packed to the walls with oil/gas station/road working memorabilia. The blue collar aesthetic is countered by the somewhat upscale waiters and service. Dinner rolls are coming to your table as soon as your drink order is in. They are gonna arrive in an old lunch pail they are gonna be warm and they are gonna be good. The house dressing is a very nice tasting ranch I highly recommend that. I ordered my steak blue. The kitchen gladly made it that way for me and it was delicious. Not pictures were the Burgundy mushrooms which are action packed with flavor and alcohol. Don't get those if you're the one driving.

Had the spudder which was the first steak dinner I was unable to finish. The meal came with a cup of potato soup, fresh bread, standard salad, and finally the steak & french fries. We drove 9 hours to Tulsa for something and this was the perfect treat to celebrate getting out of the car when we arrived. The steak was juicy and full of flavor, cooked perfectly medium rare. The girlfriend had some kind of chicken which she liked, but I was just focused on eating as much of the steak as I could to remember what she ordered. There is a cool environment in the restaurant too with loads of oil & gas related signs and gear. Total for two of us with a few drinks and a big tip was $105, but it's worth it.
